Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery activities.
• Support high-performing cross-functional teams in achieving sprint and project objectives.
• Remove impediments that affect team productivity and delivery.
• Promote Agile and Scrum principles across project teams.
• Support continuous improvement of Agile processes and delivery practices.
• Coordinate with product owners, stakeholders, development teams, and other project functions.
• Monitor delivery progress and help teams maintain effective sprint planning and execution.
• Support stakeholder communication and provide visibility into project progress.
• Encourage collaboration, transparency, and accountability across Agile teams.
• Apply modern software development and SDLC practices within delivery environments.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and enterprise technology programs.
• Identify delivery risks and facilitate appropriate problem-solving and escalation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of experience in Agile project delivery and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong practical experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with modern software development practices.
• Previous experience in banking, financial services, FinTech, digital banking, or large enterprise environments is preferred.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and facilitation abilities.
• Candidates based in the UAE or GCC are preferred.
• Experience working within Western markets is preferred.
• Immediate availability or a notice period of less than 30 days is required.
• Scrum or Agile certifications such as PSM, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent are advantageous.
