Job Overview
An industrial company is seeking a Safety Supervisor to support occupational safety and health operations at its facility in the Second Industrial City in Riyadh. This opportunity is suitable for an early-career safety professional with a Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health and practical knowledge of workplace safety, risk assessment, hazard identification, and preventive measures.
The successful candidate will monitor the implementation of occupational safety procedures, conduct workplace inspections, promote the correct use of personal protective equipment, support risk assessments, and maintain safety records. The role requires strong field-follow-up, reporting, communication, and safety-awareness capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the implementation of occupational safety and health policies and procedures.
- Conduct periodic workplace inspections and identify hazards and unsafe practices.
- Follow up on employee compliance with personal protective equipment requirements.
- Support the preparation and implementation of risk assessments and preventive measures.
- Monitor the readiness and condition of safety and firefighting equipment and systems.
- Report hazards, incidents, safety observations, and other workplace concerns.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Participate in investigations of accidents, injuries, and near-miss incidents.
- Support measures designed to prevent recurrence of workplace incidents.
- Provide safety awareness, guidance, and instructions to employees.
- Prepare and maintain safety records, reports, and relevant documentation.
- Monitor and follow up on applicable safety performance indicators.
- Support continuous improvement of occupational health and safety practices.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health.
- Work experience of up to 1 year, preferably within an industrial environment or factory.
- Professional safety certification such as NEBOSH or OSHA.
- Good knowledge of occupational health and safety principles and procedures.
- Understanding of workplace hazard identification and risk assessment.
- Ability to monitor implementation of safety procedures in an industrial environment.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Strong field-follow-up and inspection capabilities.
- Serious and committed approach to workplace safety.
