CORE Engineering Consultancy is seeking an experienced Resident Engineer – Roads & Infrastructure to join its project team in the Al Dhafra Region, Abu Dhabi, UAE. This opportunity is ideal for senior civil engineering professionals with extensive experience managing large-scale roads, infrastructure, and fast-track construction projects while ensuring compliance with UAE engineering standards and regulations.

The successful candidate will lead project execution, supervise construction activities, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule and in accordance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise roads and infrastructure construction projects.
• Oversee daily site activities and ensure project quality and compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and support fast-track project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with UAE engineering standards, specifications, and regulations.
• Review technical documentation, drawings, and construction methodologies.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering guidance during project execution.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Prepare project reports and maintain accurate site documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in roads and infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing roads and fast-track construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE standards, specifications, and regulations.
• Mandatory UAE project experience.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Immediate availability to join is mandatory.
• Professional engineering certifications or memberships are considered an advantage.
