Job Overview

Tawzif is seeking 8 experienced Resident Engineers to join multiple high-rise development projects across Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The role is suited to engineering professionals with strong experience in high-rise construction, site supervision, project coordination, and quality control.

Resident Engineers will play an important role in overseeing construction activities and coordinating project execution at site. The successful candidates will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to support quality, compliance, coordination, and effective delivery of high-rise developments.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven professional experience as a Resident Engineer or in a similar site engineering role.
• Strong experience in high-rise construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction site supervision and project coordination.
• Experience in construction quality control and inspection.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively with contractors, consultants, project teams, and other stakeholders.
• Experience working within the UAE construction sector is advantageous.
