Job Overview

Anotech is seeking a Residence Maintenance Engineer to support a major Air Traffic Management (ATM) System Replacement project in Dubai. The role is focused on the technical maintenance and operational support of ATM systems across project sites, with responsibilities covering troubleshooting, software support, warranty activities, and technical coordination.

The successful candidate will work with ATM systems and associated technology infrastructure, supporting system reliability and resolving hardware, software, networking, and infrastructure-related issues. Experience with ATM or TopSky-ATC environments, UNIX/Linux, and TCP/IP will be particularly relevant to the position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical maintenance and support for ATM systems across designated project sites.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and infrastructure-related issues.
  • Support system maintenance and operational continuity of ATM technology environments.
  • Assist with software support, updates, and technical issue resolution.
  • Coordinate warranty activities and related technical support requirements.
  • Monitor and investigate system performance and technical incidents.
  • Support installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance activities where required.
  • Work with UNIX/Linux-based systems and TCP/IP networking environments.
  • Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and project stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain technical records, maintenance documentation, and support reports.
  • Apply established technical procedures, quality standards, and project requirements.
  • Provide timely technical assistance and contribute to continuous system reliability improvements.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience in Air Traffic Management systems or a closely related technical environment.
  • Experience with ATM or TopSky-ATC systems is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of systems, networking, and IT infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating systems.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking.
  • Strong technical support and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary technical teams.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a technically complex project environment.
  • Relevant engineering, computer science, information technology, or technical qualification is preferred.
  • Relevant networking, systems engineering, Linux, aviation technology, or ATM certification is an advantage.
