Job Overview

A Rebar Detailer is required to support UAE high-rise residential construction projects from India. The role will focus on preparing accurate reinforcement shop drawings, Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), cutting lists, and quantity take-offs for major structural elements including slabs, beams, columns, walls, cores, and foundations.

The successful candidate will work closely with UAE-based engineers, consultants, and site teams to review structural and IFC drawings, address technical clarifications, incorporate consultant comments, and manage revisions and design changes. Strong knowledge of reinforcement detailing and UAE project standards will be important for maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare reinforcement shop drawings for slabs, beams, columns, walls, cores, and foundations.
• Prepare accurate Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
• Prepare cutting lists and quantity take-offs.
• Review structural and IFC drawings for reinforcement requirements.
• Coordinate technical clarifications with engineers and consultants.
• Incorporate consultant comments, revisions, and design changes into drawings.
• Ensure reinforcement detailing complies with UAE project standards and structural requirements.
• Coordinate with UAE-based engineers, consultants, and site teams.
• Check reinforcement details, including laps, anchorage, couplers, and related requirements.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across reinforcement drawings and schedules.
• Support timely completion of project detailing deliverables.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional experience in Rebar Detailing.
• Experience with high-rise RCC construction is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with RebarCAD, Tekla, or Revit is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
• Strong understanding of reinforcement detailing.
• Knowledge of laps, anchorage, couplers, and reinforcement requirements.
• Ability to interpret structural and IFC drawings.
• Strong technical coordination and communication skills.
• Candidates based in India are eligible for this opportunity.
• Candidates with previous UAE project experience are preferred.
