Job Overview

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure) to join a leading infrastructure project team in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will play a key role in quantity surveying, project cost control, contract management, and commercial reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs for infrastructure projects.
• Develop cost estimates, project budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Prepare, review, and evaluate Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Manage project variations, claims, and contract documentation.
• Monitor project costs and ensure effective cost control throughout execution.
• Administer contracts in accordance with FIDIC conditions.
• Prepare commercial reports and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Support procurement and tender evaluation activities.
• Ensure commercial compliance with project specifications and contractual obligations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor on infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in roads, utilities, and civil infrastructure works.
• Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Experience preparing and evaluating BOQs, variations, claims, and project cost control.
• Thorough understanding of FIDIC contracts.
• Experience with project documentation and commercial reporting procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant Quantity Surveying software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE for immediate joining will be given priority.
