Job Overview

An opportunity is available for an experienced Quality Manager to join a professional team in Saudi Arabia. The position is intended for Indian nationals with a minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management, preferably within construction or infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing construction quality management and QA/QC activities. The role requires strong knowledge of ISO standards, quality procedures, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), inspection processes, documentation, and quality reporting, along with experience managing QA/QC teams and coordinating with clients and consultants.

Saudi or GCC experience is preferred and can provide valuable exposure to regional construction standards and project environments. The position also offers opportunities for professional development through practical quality management experience, relevant training, certification, and continued development toward senior quality and project management roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate QA/QC activities across construction or infrastructure projects.
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality procedures and project quality requirements.
• Ensure project activities comply with applicable ISO standards and approved quality procedures.
• Review and manage Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and inspection processes.
• Coordinate inspections and quality activities with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Lead and manage QA/QC teams to support effective quality control.
• Monitor project documentation, inspection records, quality reports, and corrective actions.
• Identify quality issues and coordinate appropriate corrective and preventive measures.
• Prepare and review quality-related reports and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement of project quality processes.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with project stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Management.
• Strong experience in construction quality management and QA/QC.
• Experience in construction or infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality procedures.
• Knowledge of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and inspection processes.
• Experience managing QA/QC teams.
• Experience coordinating with clients and consultants.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Saudi or GCC project experience is preferred.
• Must be an Indian national.
