Job Overview
A leading mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to support major engineering and construction projects across Germany. Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain quality assurance and quality control procedures.
- Conduct inspections of mechanical installations and construction activities.
- Review welding procedures, inspection records, and quality documentation.
- Verify compliance with project specifications and applicable industry standards.
- Coordinate quality inspections with project teams and clients.
- Monitor welding activities and non-destructive testing (NDT) processes.
- Review piping isometric drawings and installation quality.
- Prepare quality reports and inspection documentation.
- Support project audits and corrective action implementation.
- Promote continuous quality improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Experience
- Proven experience in Mechanical QA/QC engineering.
- Experience working on large-scale mechanical engineering or construction projects.
Certifications
- CSWIP 3.0 Certification (Mandatory).
- Additional QA/QC or welding inspection certifications are advantageous.
- Continuous professional development and industry-recognized training are preferred.
Technical Skills
- Strong Mechanical QA/QC experience.
- Excellent knowledge of welding inspection procedures.
- Experience with Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).
- Strong understanding of piping isometric drawings.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and inspection standards.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

- €60,000 – €75,000 per year (Depending on Experience).
