Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced QC Inspector (E&I) to support an Oil & Gas project in Mesaieed Industrial City, Qatar. This contract opportunity is suitable for a quality control professional with 5–8 years of relevant Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) QA/QC experience within the Oil & Gas industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting electrical and instrumentation inspection activities, quality assurance and quality control documentation, inspections, and site quality procedures. Strong knowledge of E&I inspection requirements and practical site-based QA/QC experience are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) quality control inspections.
• Perform inspections in accordance with approved project specifications and quality procedures.
• Review E&I installation activities for compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC inspection documentation and records.
• Coordinate inspection activities with project, engineering, construction, and quality teams.
• Monitor site activities and identify quality issues or non-conformities.
• Support the implementation of site quality procedures.
• Review relevant technical documents, inspection requirements, and project specifications.
• Report inspection findings and support corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure inspection activities are completed in accordance with applicable Oil & Gas quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate quality records and inspection reports.
• Support continuous improvement of project quality processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant E&I QA/QC experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of Electrical and Instrumentation inspection.
• Practical experience with QA/QC documentation and inspection procedures.
• Experience working with site quality procedures.
• Strong understanding of Oil & Gas project quality requirements.
• Good technical documentation and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Candidates must be locally available in Qatar.
• Valid Qatar freelance visa is mandatory.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
