Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced QA Test Lead to join a leading airline organization in Abu Dhabi. This onsite opportunity is ideal for software quality assurance professionals with extensive experience in manual and automation testing, chatbot and conversational AI testing, and enterprise airline applications. Candidates with prior exposure to the airline or aviation industry and Passenger Service Systems (PSS) are highly encouraged to apply.

As a QA Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading software quality assurance activities across chatbot applications, conversational AI platforms, APIs, and enterprise airline systems. You will design comprehensive testing strategies, validate customer journeys, oversee defect management, and collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams to ensure high-quality software releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, development, and execution of manual and automated test cases.
• Test chatbot and conversational AI applications across web and mobile platforms.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, API, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate chatbot conversations, user journeys, intents, response accuracy, and conversational flows.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams within Agile delivery environments.
• Ensure software releases meet quality standards, business objectives, and customer expectations.
• Support continuous improvement of testing processes, automation frameworks, and quality assurance practices.
• Prepare test documentation, execution reports, and release validation reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
• Proven experience leading software testing activities in enterprise environments.
• Prior experience in the Airline or Aviation industry is highly preferred.
