Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional and GUI testing for airline reservation and eCommerce applications.
• Create, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases and test plans.
• Validate Passenger Service Systems (PSS) and reservation workflows.
• Test airline booking, ticketing, and Passenger Name Record (PNR) processes.
• Conduct API testing using Postman or SoapUI.
• Perform SQL and database validation to ensure data accuracy.
• Execute web and mobile application testing.
• Manage defects throughout the defect lifecycle and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support DevOps testing practices.
• Ensure software quality by identifying risks and recommending process improvements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–7+ years of professional QA experience (mandatory).
• Mandatory experience in the Airline Industry.
• Strong knowledge of Passenger Service Systems (PSS) and airline reservation/booking flows.
• Experience in functional and GUI testing.
• Expertise in test case creation and execution.
• Strong understanding of defect lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman or SoapUI.
• Basic SQL and database testing experience.
• Experience testing both web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps development environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
