Key Responsibilities

Project Quantity Surveyor

• Support quantity surveying activities across assigned construction projects.
• Monitor project quantities, measurements, and related documentation.
• Assist with project cost and commercial administration activities.
• Review project documentation, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with project teams to support effective quantity and commercial management.
• Maintain accurate project records and quantity-related documentation.
• Support project teams with technical and commercial coordination.
• Assist in monitoring project requirements and deliverables.

Planning Engineer

• Develop and maintain project schedules and planning documentation.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules.
• Coordinate with project teams to track construction activities and milestones.
• Identify potential schedule issues and support appropriate corrective actions.
• Prepare project progress updates and planning reports.
• Coordinate planning activities with engineering, construction, and other project disciplines.
• Support effective project sequencing and resource planning.
• Maintain accurate planning records and project documentation.

• Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Apply strong technical, planning, and coordination skills.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 4–10 years of experience in construction projects.
• Strong technical, planning, and coordination skills.
• Experience with high-rise building projects in the UAE.
