TEAMPRO HR & IT Services is recruiting experienced Project Managers, Site Managers, and Site Engineers for a leading electrical infrastructure project in Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in Electrical Substations, Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) projects, Saudi Aramco projects, or Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) Construction.

The selected candidates will be responsible for managing and supervising electrical construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with engineering standards and client requirements. Successful applicants will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality power infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

Project Manager

• Lead electrical infrastructure projects from planning through completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and client communications.
• Ensure compliance with SEC, Saudi Aramco, and project specifications.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Monitor project risks, quality, and safety performance.

Site Manager

• Supervise daily site operations and construction activities.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project timelines.
• Resolve technical and operational issues at the project site.
• Prepare progress reports and coordinate with project management.

Site Engineer

• Execute electrical installation and construction activities.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Support testing, commissioning, and inspection activities.
• Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Coordinate site activities with engineering and construction teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of relevant electrical engineering experience.
• Proven experience in Electrical Substations.
• Experience with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) projects and/or Saudi Aramco projects.
• Experience in Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) Construction is highly desirable.

Certifications

• Relevant electrical engineering or project management certifications are advantageous.
• Professional development and industry-recognized technical certifications are preferred.
