Job Overview

EEC is seeking an experienced Project Manager – ELV / ICT to take overall responsibility for ELV and ICT projects from mobilization and planning through execution, testing and commissioning, handover, and final closeout. The role is suited to professionals with 3–5 years of relevant ELV/ICT project management experience and strong client-facing capabilities.

The successful candidate will manage project delivery, planning, commercial follow-up, procurement, subcontractor performance, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. The position requires strong leadership and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual, quality, and HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of assigned ELV/ICT projects from mobilization through final handover and closeout.
• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, main contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Lead project progress and coordination meetings.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, manpower plans, procurement schedules, and execution plans.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, commitments, invoicing, and overall commercial performance.
• Identify and manage project risks, delays, variations, and potential commercial impacts.
• Support Variation Orders, claims, and Extension of Time requirements.
• Manage subcontractor and supplier performance.
• Oversee engineering, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, HSE standards, and QA/QC procedures.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to resolve project issues and maintain delivery timelines.
• Maintain effective project documentation and reporting.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in:
  • Engineering
  • Information Technology
  • Electronics
  • Telecommunications
  • Computer Engineering
  • Related field
• 3–5 years of relevant ELV/ICT project management experience.
• Experience managing a complete project or major project work package is preferred.
• Strong client- and consultant-facing experience.
• Good understanding of:
  • Budgeting
  • Cost control
  • Procurement
  • BOQ
  • Commercial processes
• Experience with MS Project and/or Primavera P6 is preferred.
• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Previous project experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
• Ability to manage project risks, resources, schedules, and commercial requirements.
• Must be willing and able to travel, relocate, and work across different regions of Saudi Arabia based on project requirements.
