Job Overview

We are hiring experienced Project Directors and Project Managers to support a new construction project in Dubai. The positions are suited to senior construction professionals with extensive experience managing large-scale projects and a strong background in the construction industry.

Candidates must have substantial experience working with main contractors and demonstrate strong project leadership, construction management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery capabilities. Local availability in Dubai is required for a direct interview.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from planning through completion.
• Direct project teams and coordinate construction activities.
• Manage project scope, schedules, resources, and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, safety, and project performance.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved plans, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and potential delays.
• Support project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Review project performance and implement corrective actions where required.
• Lead project meetings and maintain effective stakeholder communication.

• Drive timely project completion while maintaining quality and contractual standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 18+ years of professional experience.
• Strong and proven background in the construction industry.
• Previous experience working specifically with main contractors is mandatory.
• Extensive experience in construction project management and delivery.
• Strong leadership and project coordination capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project planning, and site operations.
• Ability to manage complex construction activities and project priorities.
• Candidates must be locally available in Dubai/UAE for a direct interview.
