Linnk Group is hiring a Project Delivery Specialist for a 12-month contract in Dubai, UAE. This opportunity is ideal for telecom professionals with experience delivering enterprise and government fiber and wireless connectivity projects. The successful candidate will oversee the complete project delivery lifecycle, ensuring timely implementation, service activation, and successful stakeholder coordination.

As a Project Delivery Specialist, you will manage infrastructure rollout, fiber deployment, and network implementation projects while collaborating with internal teams, customers, and external partners. This role provides valuable exposure to large-scale telecommunications projects, opportunities for professional development, and long-term career growth within the telecom and network infrastructure industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise and government fiber and wireless connectivity projects.
• Coordinate project planning, implementation, and service activation activities.
• Oversee fiber deployment and telecom infrastructure rollout.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and clients.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Support network implementation and structured cabling projects.
• Utilize GIS/KMZ tools for project planning and coordination.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and customer requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of telecom project delivery experience.
• Experience with fiber deployment, network implementation, or infrastructure rollout.
• Strong knowledge of GIS/KMZ, telecom infrastructure, structured cabling, and service activation.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience delivering enterprise or government telecom projects is an advantage.
