Job Overview

A leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organization in Sulaymaniyah, Kurdistan Region, Iraq, is seeking experienced Production Executive / Senior Executive – OSD professionals to support its pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. The position is suitable for candidates with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in oral solid dosage manufacturing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day shop-floor production activities, manufacturing process execution, troubleshooting, and pharmaceutical quality documentation. Candidates must have practical experience in both Oncology and Non-Oncology OSD production, along with a strong understanding of GMP and Quality Management Systems.

The position provides opportunities to strengthen pharmaceutical manufacturing expertise through exposure to OSD production, quality systems, cross-functional operations, technical training, and continued professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day OSD manufacturing activities on the production shop floor.
• Support both Oncology and Non-Oncology OSD production operations.
• Monitor manufacturing processes and identify production issues.
• Troubleshoot shop-floor manufacturing challenges.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and QMS requirements.
• Complete and maintain relevant production documentation.
• Work with BMRs/BPRs and SOPs in accordance with established procedures.
• Support the investigation and documentation of deviations.
• Participate in CAPA and change-control activities.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, and other relevant functions.
• Support production targets and operational requirements.
• Maintain compliance with pharmaceutical manufacturing and documentation standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on OSD Production experience.
• Mandatory experience in both Oncology and Non-Oncology OSD production.
• Strong day-to-day pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
• Good understanding of OSD manufacturing processes and troubleshooting.
• Practical knowledge of GMP and Quality Management System documentation.
• Experience or exposure to:
  • BMRs/BPRs
  • SOPs
  • Deviations
  • CAPA
  • Change Controls
  • Investigations
• Ability to coordinate effectively with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, and other support functions.
• Strong attention to quality, documentation, compliance, and manufacturing procedures.
• Candidates from GCC, India, and Egypt are welcome to apply if willing to relocate to Sulaymaniyah, Iraq.
