Job Overview

Titan Consultancy is seeking an experienced PLC Automation Engineer for one of its clients in the United Arab Emirates. This on-site opportunity is designed for professionals with strong expertise in industrial automation, PLC programming, HMI/SCADA systems, commissioning, and control systems. As a PLC Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, programming, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning automation systems while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and configure PLC systems for industrial automation projects.
• Design, develop, and maintain HMI and SCADA applications.
• Perform PLC programming using Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi, Omron, and Delta platforms.
• Configure and troubleshoot VFDs, instrumentation, and industrial control systems.
• Design and review electrical control panels.
• Configure industrial communication protocols including Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, and Ethernet/IP.
• Conduct system testing, commissioning, and startup activities.
• Diagnose and resolve automation system faults efficiently.
• Support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver automation solutions within project timelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Experience

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in PLC programming and industrial automation projects.
• Experience with industrial commissioning and troubleshooting.
