Job Overview

Mastek is hiring an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Solution Architect for a permanent position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is designed for a senior Oracle ERP professional with extensive experience in Oracle Fusion and strong expertise across supply chain management, manufacturing, warehouse management, and enterprise transformation.

The successful candidate will bring 12+ years of Oracle ERP experience, including at least 5 years of Oracle Fusion experience. Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and Oracle Fusion Warehouse Management (WMS) is required, along with an understanding of end-to-end SCM and manufacturing business processes, integrations, and cross-functional dependencies.

Experience in the food manufacturing industry is preferred, while strong Finance and HCM knowledge will be valuable for delivering integrated enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion SCM transformation and implementation initiatives.
• Design and support Oracle Fusion SCM solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Provide solution architecture leadership across supply chain and manufacturing processes.
• Support Oracle Fusion Manufacturing implementations and optimization.
• Design and manage solutions involving Oracle Fusion Warehouse Management (WMS).
• Analyze end-to-end SCM and manufacturing business processes.
• Identify integrations and cross-functional dependencies across enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Provide technical and functional guidance throughout implementation and transformation programs.
• Support integration architecture between Oracle Fusion and associated enterprise systems.
• Identify opportunities to optimize business processes using Oracle Fusion capabilities.
• Contribute to solution documentation, architecture standards, and implementation strategies.
• Work across SCM, Manufacturing, Finance, and HCM functions to ensure integrated enterprise processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 12+ years of Oracle ERP experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Oracle Fusion experience.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Warehouse Management (WMS).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes.
• Experience with enterprise integrations and cross-functional dependencies.
• Proven experience leading Oracle Fusion transformation and implementation initiatives.
• Strong solution architecture and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Experience in the Food Manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Finance and HCM processes.
