A leading organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking two experienced Oracle Fusion SCM professionals for senior functional and implementation roles. The openings are for an Oracle Fusion SCM Lead and an Oracle Fusion Maintenance Consultant, requiring professionals with 8+ years of relevant experience and strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion implementations.

The Oracle Fusion SCM Lead will be responsible for leading functional delivery across multiple SCM modules, including Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory, Order Management, Costing, Maintenance, and Supply Chain Planning. The Oracle Fusion Maintenance Consultant will focus on Oracle Fusion Maintenance implementations and functional delivery, with strong experience across end-to-end implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle Fusion SCM Lead

• Lead functional delivery across Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
• Manage and support end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementation activities.
• Provide functional expertise across Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory, Order Management, Costing, Maintenance, and Supply Chain Planning.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams throughout implementation projects.
• Support configuration, testing, validation, and deployment activities.
• Lead functional workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Identify and resolve functional issues during implementation and deployment.
• Ensure SCM solutions align with business processes and operational requirements.
• Support project documentation, training, testing, and implementation activities.
• Provide functional leadership throughout the Oracle Fusion SCM delivery lifecycle.

Oracle Fusion Maintenance Consultant

• Provide functional expertise for Oracle Fusion Maintenance implementations.
• Participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Maintenance implementation projects.
• Analyze business requirements and develop appropriate functional solutions.
• Support Oracle Fusion Maintenance configuration and implementation activities.
• Work with stakeholders to understand maintenance processes and requirements.
• Participate in testing, validation, issue resolution, and deployment activities.
• Prepare functional documentation and support knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Provide implementation support and resolve functional challenges.

Requirements & Qualifications

Oracle Fusion SCM Lead

• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience across Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
• Experience with Procurement.
• Experience with Manufacturing.

• Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Maintenance configuration and delivery.
• Strong business process analysis and problem-solving skills.
