Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP transformation programs within complex enterprise environments in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong project and program management expertise across planning, design, implementation, testing, go-live, stabilization, and operational readiness.

The successful candidate will manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, resources, governance, and stakeholder relationships while coordinating internal teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and implementation partners. Experience across multiple industries, particularly the telecommunications sector, will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations from planning and design through go-live and stabilization.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, resources, and governance.
• Lead cutover planning, go-live execution, hypercare, and coexistence strategies.
• Oversee testing, environment and instance planning, and release management.
• Coordinate data migration, reconciliation, and business readiness activities.
• Manage internal teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and implementation partners.
• Provide executive reporting, project updates, and escalation management.
• Drive change management, training, user adoption, and operational readiness.
• Ensure compliance with PMO governance requirements and relevant industry standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout ERP transformation programs.
• Monitor project risks and dependencies and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of Project or Program Management experience.
• Strong experience leading Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.
• Proven track record managing large-scale ERP transformation programs.
• Experience working across multiple sectors and complex enterprise environments.
• Enterprise or Telecommunications industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Expertise in ERP governance, cutover management, testing, data migration, risk management, and stakeholder management.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and executive reporting skills.
