The vacancies are suitable for experienced professionals with relevant industry backgrounds and proven ADNOC project or operational experience.

ADNOC experience is mandatory for all positions. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate relevant experience in their respective discipline, along with the ability to work effectively within oil and gas project and operational environments. Key Responsibilities

Planning Engineer

  • Develop and maintain project schedules and planning documentation.
  • Monitor project progress against approved schedules and milestones.
  • Coordinate with engineering, construction, maintenance, and project teams.
  • Identify schedule risks, delays, and potential impacts.
  • Prepare progress reports and planning updates.
  • Support project planning and performance improvement activities.

HSE Engineer / HSE Officer

  • Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures.
  • Conduct workplace and site safety inspections.
  • Identify hazards and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
  • Support incident reporting and investigation activities.
  • Promote safe working practices across project and operational teams.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable HSE requirements and company procedures.

Fabricator Foreman

  • Supervise fabrication activities and field fabrication teams.
  • Coordinate daily fabrication work and workforce requirements.
  • Monitor fabrication quality and progress.
  • Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and safety procedures.
  • Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and project teams.

Mechanical Foreman

  • Supervise mechanical installation, maintenance, and related activities.
  • Coordinate mechanical teams and daily work assignments.
  • Monitor work quality, productivity, and progress.
  • Ensure compliance with technical and safety requirements.
  • Support troubleshooting and resolution of mechanical issues.

Mechanical Fitter

  • Perform mechanical fitting, installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
  • Inspect and maintain mechanical equipment and components.
  • Assist with equipment troubleshooting and corrective maintenance.
  • Follow technical specifications and safety procedures.
  • Support maintenance teams during planned and unplanned activities.

Telemetry Technician

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot telemetry and related technical systems.
  • Monitor equipment and system performance.
  • Identify and resolve technical faults.
  • Support testing, maintenance, and system commissioning activities.
  • Maintain technical documentation and service records.

Planning Assistant

  • Support planning engineers with schedules, reports, and project documentation.
  • Collect and organize project progress information.
  • Update planning records and databases.
  • Assist with progress tracking and reporting.
  • Coordinate planning information with relevant project teams.

Maintenance Technician

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Inspect equipment and identify mechanical or technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot equipment faults and support repairs.
  • Maintain maintenance records and documentation.
  • Follow established safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven ADNOC experience is mandatory.
  • Relevant professional experience in the respective position.
  • Previous Oil & Gas industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate relevant technical or operational expertise.
  • Strong understanding of applicable industry procedures and safety standards.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical capabilities relevant to the position.
  • Ability to work effectively in UAE oil and gas project or operational environments.
  • Immediate availability is mandatory.
  • Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
