Job Overview

Flint International is seeking an experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant to support enterprise ERP implementation, customization, development, and business process improvement initiatives in Riyadh. The role requires a strong combination of functional consulting capabilities and hands-on technical expertise in Odoo ERP and Python development.

The successful candidate will work closely with business users and stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into effective Odoo solutions, and deliver customized ERP functionality. Responsibilities will include Odoo implementation, custom module development, integrations, troubleshooting, system enhancements, and business process analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Odoo ERP solutions.
• Lead and support Odoo implementation and customization projects.
• Develop and customize Odoo modules using Python.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain Odoo functionality according to business requirements.
• Configure Odoo applications and workflows to support business processes.
• Develop and manage integrations between Odoo and external systems.
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues and implement appropriate solutions.
• Work directly with business users and stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
• Conduct business process analysis and recommend ERP improvements.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
• Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Provide technical and functional guidance to users and project teams.
• Manage multiple priorities and deliver project activities within agreed timelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Odoo solutions and implementation practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Odoo development, implementation, and consulting.
• Strong experience as an Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and Odoo development.
• Proven experience delivering Odoo implementation and customization projects.
• Strong understanding of Odoo ERP architecture, modules, customization, and business processes.
• Experience working directly with business users and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Candidates must currently be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Saudi Arabia or wider GCC experience is preferred.
• Relevant Odoo, ERP, Python, or project-management certifications are advantageous.
