Key Responsibilities

Project Manager – Earthwork

• Lead and manage large-scale earthwork projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within quality standards.

Quality Control (QC) Inspector / Engineer

• Monitor construction quality and compliance.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline for engineering and management positions.
• Relevant technical qualifications for operator and supervisory roles.

Experience

Project Manager – Earthwork

• Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in large-scale earthwork operations.

Quality Control (QC) Inspector / Engineer

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in earthworks, infrastructure, and soil improvement projects.

Site Engineer – Infrastructure & Earthworks

• 5–7+ years of field experience in infrastructure and heavy earthworks.

Land Surveyor

• Strong infrastructure surveying experience.

Site Supervisor – Piling / Micro-Piling / Shotcrete

• Proven hands-on supervisory experience in foundation and piling works.

Site Supervisor – Earthworks & Infrastructure

• Up to 8+ years of experience supervising earthworks and infrastructure projects.

Piling Operator
