Key Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) platforms across Mobile and FTTH networks.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) using packet captures, flow logs, session traces, and system diagnostics.
• Monitor DPI platform performance, traffic classification, policy enforcement, and network KPIs.
• Handle critical incidents, traffic rerouting, platform failover, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Coordinate with PS Core, IP Transport, OSS/BSS, and vendor TAC teams.
• Develop automation solutions for health checks, configuration management, log analysis, and alerting.
• Perform proactive trend analysis to identify potential network issues before service impact.
• Ensure network availability, reliability, and operational compliance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across telecom infrastructure.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call support rotation as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Proven hands-on experience with Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) and traffic management platforms within telecommunications environments.
• Experience working with live mobile network operations and Packet Core technologies.
