A major contractor is recruiting experienced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) professionals for a large-scale 3–4 year Data Centre project in North Dublin, Ireland. Opportunities are available for Senior Mechanical Engineers, Mechanical Package Managers, Electrical Supervisors, and Electrical Package Managers who have the technical expertise and leadership skills required to deliver mission-critical infrastructure projects.
Successful candidates will be responsible for managing mechanical and electrical installation activities, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and supporting the successful delivery of one of Ireland’s significant data centre developments.

Key Responsibilities
Senior Mechanical Engineer
- Manage mechanical engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review mechanical designs and technical documentation.
- Coordinate installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Mechanical Package Manager
- Manage mechanical work packages from planning through completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors and project teams.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality objectives.
- Ensure safe and efficient project delivery.
Electrical Supervisor
- Supervise electrical installation and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate site teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with electrical standards and safety regulations.
- Monitor installation quality and project progress.
Electrical Package Manager
- Lead electrical work package execution.
- Manage project resources and construction activities.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.
Experience
- Proven experience in mechanical or electrical engineering roles relevant to the position applied for.
- Previous experience on large-scale construction or data centre projects is highly desirable.
- Leadership experience is preferred for package management and supervisory positions.
Certifications
- Relevant engineering qualifications are required.
- Professional certifications in project management, health and safety, or commissioning are advantageous.
- Continuous professional development and technical training are encouraged.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction methodologies.
- Experience working on complex engineering projects.

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Salary
- Senior Mechanical Engineer: €80,000 – €95,000 per year
- Mechanical Package Manager: €85,000 – €105,000 per year
- Electrical Supervisor: €75,000 – €90,000 per year
- Electrical Package Manager: €85,000 – €105,000 per year
