Job Overview

RedLink Trading & Contracting W.L.L. is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer (MEP Construction) for an immediate, short-term assignment in Lusail, Qatar. This opportunity is designed for qualified mechanical engineering professionals with a strong background in MEP construction projects and GCC industry experience.

The successful candidate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical systems within construction projects while ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards. This role offers valuable exposure to large-scale MEP construction environments and provides opportunities to enhance technical expertise, project management capabilities, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate MEP construction activities on-site.
• Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Ensure installation work complies with project requirements and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines.
• Monitor construction progress and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare technical reports and project progress updates.
• Support project completion and handover activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of GCC experience.
• Proven experience in MEP Construction projects.
• Immediate joining availability.
• Must currently be residing in Qatar.
• Candidates holding a Free Visa are eligible to apply.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, construction standards, and project execution.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional engineering certifications are considered an advantage.
