Key Responsibilities

MPD Wellsite Leader

  • Lead Managed Pressure Drilling operations at the wellsite.
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and project objectives.
  • Coordinate with drilling teams, clients, and field personnel.
  • Monitor operational performance and resolve technical challenges.
  • Prepare operational reports and maintain project documentation.

MPD Engineer

  • Design, monitor, and optimize Managed Pressure Drilling operations.
  • Analyze drilling parameters and recommend performance improvements.
  • Support equipment configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary drilling teams.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and operational procedures.

MPD Supervisor

  • Supervise daily MPD field operations and personnel.
  • Ensure equipment readiness and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor safety compliance and risk management procedures.
  • Coordinate operational activities with drilling and engineering teams.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Relevant experience in Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) operations appropriate to the position.
  • Strong understanding of drilling operations and well control principles.
  • Knowledge of MPD equipment, systems, and operational procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary field environments.
  • Commitment to operational excellence and safety.
  • Relevant industry certifications and well control training are considered highly advantageous.
