Alfanar Projects is hiring experienced professionals for multiple Maintenance and Fabrication roles in Saudi Arabia. The selected professionals will support maintenance, repair, fabrication, and operational activities across industrial environments. Depending on the position, responsibilities will include mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance, EOT crane systems, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, VFDs, PLC/control wiring, preventive and corrective maintenance, fabrication, welding, and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Senior Technician, Mechanical – Motor Maintenance

• Perform mechanical maintenance activities for industrial motors and related equipment.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical equipment and identify root causes of failures.
• Work with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Support maintenance activities involving EOT cranes and vacuum systems.
• Conduct equipment inspection, repair, and servicing activities.
• Maintain maintenance records and follow established safety procedures.

Technician, Maintenance – Mechanical

• Perform industrial and plant mechanical maintenance activities.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment.
• Work with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Support EOT crane and vacuum system maintenance.
• Identify equipment issues and implement appropriate repair solutions.
• Follow maintenance schedules, technical procedures, and safety requirements.

Technician, Electrical – Maintenance

• Perform industrial electrical maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot electrical equipment and systems.
• Maintain EOT crane electrical systems.
• Work with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
• Perform PLC and control wiring activities.
• Interpret and work with electrical drawings.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Diagnose electrical faults and implement appropriate repairs.

Technician, Maintenance – Fabricator Cum Welder

• Perform structural fabrication and welding activities.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings.
• Carry out cutting, grinding, fitting, and fabrication work.
• Perform Arc and TIG welding.
• Support Sleeve Bearing Re-Babbitting activities.
• Conduct structural fabrication and related maintenance work.
• Ensure fabrication and welding activities meet required technical and safety standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

General Requirements

• Relevant professional experience in industrial maintenance, plant maintenance, electrical maintenance, fabrication, or welding.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to work in industrial environments.
• Understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and technical procedures.

Mechanical Roles

• Experience in industrial or plant maintenance.
• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with EOT cranes.
• Knowledge of vacuum systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM).
• Strong troubleshooting and repair capabilities.
• GCC experience is preferred.

Electrical Role

• Experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Experience with EOT crane electrical systems.
• Knowledge of VFDs.
• Experience with PLC and control wiring.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
• Experience with PM, CM, troubleshooting, and electrical repairs.

Fabricator Cum Welder

• GCC experience is mandatory.
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings.
