Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the Lighting Division.
• Oversee lighting projects from planning through successful completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Prepare and review project estimations, budgets, and cost proposals.
• Manage procurement activities for lighting equipment and materials.
• Review technical submittals and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support project opportunities.
• Monitor project performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and management updates.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Lighting Design, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• 7–10 years of experience in the lighting, construction, MEP, fit-out, or project-based industries.
• Previous managerial experience in a lighting or contracting environment is preferred.
