Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for medical laser systems and associated equipment.
• Perform installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning activities as required.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and technical servicing of medical laser equipment.
• Diagnose technical faults and perform appropriate troubleshooting.
• Ensure medical laser systems operate safely, reliably, and efficiently.
• Support healthcare professionals and end users with technical issues related to laser equipment.

• Coordinate with manufacturers and technical teams when advanced technical support is required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
• Practical experience with medical laser technologies, particularly systems used in dermatology or surgical applications.
• Experience with Sciton and Cutera laser systems is preferred.
• Good knowledge of laser safety standards and applicable regulations.
• Manufacturer training or professional certification related to medical laser equipment is an advantage.
• Good proficiency in English.
• Applicants must be Saudi nationals.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good communication and customer-support skills.
• Ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals, manufacturers, and technical teams.
