Job Overview

Arch Access Group is seeking enthusiastic Junior Quantity Surveyors / Estimators to join its team in Ras Al Khor, Dubai. This opportunity is suited to early-career professionals who want to develop their expertise in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and interior fit-out projects.

The role provides an opportunity to gain practical exposure to quantity take-off, project cost estimation, and the commercial aspects of interior fit-out projects. Candidates with a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering are preferred, while fresh graduates with relevant experience from their home country are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with quantity take-offs for interior fit-out projects.
• Support preparation of project cost estimates and related documentation.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Assist senior quantity surveyors and estimators with project-related commercial activities.
• Support the preparation and organization of bills of quantities and estimation records.
• Assist with reviewing material quantities and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate estimation and quantity-related documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant project teams to clarify quantities and technical requirements.
• Develop practical knowledge of interior fit-out construction processes and cost management.
• Support other quantity surveying and estimation activities as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of quantity take-off and cost estimation.
• Understanding of construction drawings and project specifications is advantageous.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Relevant home-country construction or estimation experience will be considered.
