Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure and server environments.
- Manage Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments.
- Configure, monitor, and support VMware virtualization infrastructure.
- Administer Dell EMC VxRail, Citrix, and Veeam backup solutions.
- Manage and maintain enterprise networking infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, server, and network issues.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Ensure business continuity through backup and disaster recovery practices.
- Provide after-hours technical support when required.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an IT Systems Administrator.
- Mandatory experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Experience managing enterprise environments with more than 100 servers.
