An organization in Muscat, Oman, is seeking experienced IT professionals for two senior positions: IT Project Manager and IT Program Manager. Available Positions

1. IT Project Manager

• Experience: 6–10 years in IT Project Management.
• Strong exposure to large-scale enterprise environments.
• Active PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification required.
• CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification preferred.
• Experience managing infrastructure upgrades, software development, and system integrations.
• Experience managing CapEx and OpEx budgets.
• Vendor and SLA management experience.
• Experience preparing and presenting C-level reporting.

2. IT Program Manager

• Experience: 10–15 years in IT delivery.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Program Manager handling large-scale enterprise transformations.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification required.
• PgMP or MSP certification highly preferred.
• SAFe Agilist or RTE certification preferred.
• Strong experience in program governance and benefits realization.
• Experience with enterprise vendor and Master Service Agreement (MSA) management.
• Strong experience with Agile-at-scale transformation.

Key Responsibilities

IT Project Manager

• Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver enterprise IT projects.
• Manage infrastructure upgrades, software development, and system integration initiatives.
• Monitor project scope, schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Manage project CapEx and OpEx budgets.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and technology partners.
• Manage vendor performance and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Prepare project status reports and executive-level updates.
• Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

IT Program Manager

• Lead large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
• Establish and maintain effective program governance frameworks.
• Manage multiple related projects and ensure strategic alignment.
• Track program benefits and support benefits realization.
• Manage enterprise vendors and Master Service Agreements.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across business and technology functions.
• Support Agile-at-scale transformation initiatives.
• Monitor program risks, dependencies, budgets, milestones, and outcomes.
• Provide senior leadership with program performance reports and strategic updates.

• Ability to work full-time onsite and reside in Muscat, Oman.
