Job Overview

Nair Systems is looking for an experienced IT Operations Officer to support its UAE operations. This role is suited to an IT professional with 3–5 years of experience in IT operations, banking operations, infrastructure support, or related technical environments.

The successful candidate will provide operational and technical support across banking applications, IT infrastructure, networking, voice communications, end-user environments, and business continuity systems. Experience with banking platforms such as FCUBS, T24, Way4, DCMS, and UAECB applications will be highly relevant, along with hands-on knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and enterprise networking.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve IT incidents in accordance with established service management procedures.
• Provide end-user support for hardware, software, applications, and IT services.
• Monitor Windows Server and enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Perform patch management and support system maintenance activities.
• Provide network and infrastructure support across branch and corporate environments.
• Support MPLS, WAN, VPN, routers, switches, and branch connectivity.
• Provide support for Cisco IP Telephony, Call Manager, and Unified Communications.
• Support banking applications and platforms, including FCUBS, T24, Way4, DCMS, and UAECB applications.
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Active Directory, and Windows Server environments.
• Assist with data center and disaster recovery (DR) operations.
• Maintain and support IT asset management activities.
• Coordinate with technology vendors and service providers.
• Support business continuity activities and operational resilience.
• Monitor infrastructure and application environments and escalate critical issues when required.
• Provide after-hours and on-call support as required.
• Assist with maintaining reliable and secure IT operations across UAE locations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in IT Operations, Banking Operations, Infrastructure Support, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience with banking applications such as FCUBS, T24, Way4, DCMS, and UAECB applications.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune.
• Knowledge of MPLS, WAN, VPN, routers, switches, and branch connectivity.
• Experience with Cisco IP Telephony, Call Manager, and Unified Communications.
• Experience in incident management and end-user support.
• Knowledge of server monitoring and patch management.
• Experience supporting network and IT infrastructure.
• Exposure to data center and disaster recovery environments.
• Knowledge of IT asset management and vendor coordination.
• Understanding of business continuity requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to provide after-hours or on-call support when required.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
