Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support to staff, instructors, and trainees.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT hardware and software.
- Support network equipment and IT infrastructure.
- Maintain and support firewalls, Wi-Fi systems, and other network devices.
- Provide technical support for audio-visual systems used in training classrooms.
- Support e-learning platforms and related technology systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and licensing through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- Support course management, user access, and training records through the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Help maintain the availability, reliability, security, and integrity of IT systems and data.
- Assist with implementation of IT processes, security measures, and access controls.
- Support IT practices aligned with recognized industry frameworks.
- Maintain accurate IT documentation, policies, procedures, and asset inventories.
- Support cybersecurity initiatives, system updates, maintenance activities, and IT audits.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant IT experience.
- Good understanding of networking concepts, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and VLANs.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and cloud-based services.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Basic knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks.
- Understanding of cybersecurity practices and principles aligned with ISO/IEC 27001.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to respond promptly to technical issues and support users in a professional environment.
