Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure software applications and IT systems.
• Install and configure computer hardware and related equipment.
• Handle hardware shifting and relocation requirements.
• Perform software patching and system maintenance activities.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents.
• Provide technical support for hardware and software-related issues.
• Maintain IT equipment and systems in accordance with established procedures.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and relevant technical activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Follow IT security, maintenance, and operational procedures.
• Support the availability and reliability of IT infrastructure.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Relevant experience in IT network and system administration or a similar technical support role.
• Practical knowledge of software installation and configuration.
• Experience with hardware installation and hardware relocation.
• Knowledge of software patching and system maintenance.
• Experience handling and resolving IT incidents.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure and technical support practices.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an operational IT environment.
• Relevant IT certifications or technical training are advantageous.
• Candidates must be locally available in Qatar.
