Key Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of networking and network infrastructure.
• Experience supporting ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments.
• Practical hardware support and troubleshooting experience.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide effective IT support in a manufacturing environment.
