An organization in Dubai, UAE is seeking an experienced IT Application Specialist (CRM & Enterprise Applications) to support the implementation, customization, integration, and ongoing management of enterprise applications and CRM platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and customize enterprise applications and CRM platforms.
• Develop, maintain, and support REST and SOAP API integrations with internal and external systems.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution.
• Collaborate with business users, vendors, and technical teams throughout project delivery.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using SQL and Power BI.
• Support workflow automation and business process improvement initiatives.
• Provide production support, system enhancements, and ongoing application maintenance.
• Deliver user training and technical documentation.
• Ensure enterprise applications operate efficiently and meet business requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience with Enterprise Applications or CRM platforms.
• Hands-on experience in:
  • Enterprise Application Implementation
  • CRM Customization
  • Application Development
  • System Integration
• Experience with one or more of the following platforms:
  • Salesforce
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Oracle CRM
  • SAP CRM
  • ServiceNow
  • Momentus
  • HubSpot
  • Zoho CRM
  • Similar enterprise CRM solutions
• Strong knowledge of:
  • REST APIs
  • SOAP APIs
  • SQL
  • Power BI
• Experience with:
  • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • System Integration Testing (SIT)
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Production Support
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
