Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise infrastructure and cloud environments.
- Manage Windows and Linux server environments.
- Support virtualization, backup, storage, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Design and optimize enterprise network infrastructure.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and ensure system availability.
- Manage enterprise hardware assets and infrastructure lifecycle.
- Support cloud architecture and enterprise cloud services.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and security issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to deliver enterprise technology solutions.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation and follow industry best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant professional experience according to the selected position.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, or virtualization technologies.
- Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux administration (where applicable).
- Knowledge of enterprise networking, backup, storage, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Relevant vendor certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, AWS, Azure, Red Hat, Fortinet, or equivalent) are considered an advantage.
