An established Irish contractor is expanding its European operations and is recruiting experienced professionals for multiple Data Centre Fit-Out projects in Frankfurt, Germany. Opportunities are available for Fit Out Supervisors, QA Engineers, and Fit Out Project Managers who have experience delivering high-specification construction projects within the data centre, commercial, pharmaceutical, or fit-out sectors.

Available Positions

1. Fit Out Supervisor

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day fit-out construction activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure project schedules are maintained.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Enforce health and safety standards on-site.
• Report construction progress to project management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience supervising Data Centre, Commercial, Pharmaceutical, or High-Spec Fit-Out projects.
• Strong leadership and site coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

2. QA Engineer

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Key Responsibilities

• Implement project quality assurance procedures.
• Conduct inspections and quality audits.
• Prepare quality documentation and inspection reports.
• Identify non-conformances and monitor corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience in quality assurance within construction or fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures.

3. Fit Out Project Manager

• Manage overall project execution from planning through completion.

Salary

• Fit Out Supervisor: €80,000+ base salary
• QA Engineer: €85,000+ base salary
• Fit Out Project Manager: €105,000+ base salary
