Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced External Audit Manager to lead audit engagements and manage professional audit teams in Saudi Arabia. This is a senior-level opportunity for an audit professional with more than 10 years of experience exclusively in external audit and a proven background with a Big 4 or Big 10 accounting firm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading external audit engagements, managing audit teams, and applying strong technical and professional audit expertise. A valid US CPA certification issued through the AICPA is mandatory for this position, reflecting the requirement for a high level of professional accounting and audit competency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead external audit engagements from planning through completion.
• Manage and supervise audit teams across assigned engagements.

• Apply external audit standards, methodologies, and professional requirements.
• Manage engagement timelines, deliverables, and audit resources.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in External Audit.
• All required experience must be specifically in External Audit.
• Previous experience with a Big 4 or Big 10 accounting firm is mandatory.
• Valid US CPA certification issued through the AICPA is mandatory.
• Strong experience leading audit engagements.
• Proven experience managing and developing audit teams.
• Strong knowledge of external audit processes and professional standards.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Arabic-speaking candidate: Saudi or Egyptian.
• English-speaking candidates: Open to any nationality.
• Ability to manage multiple audit engagements and meet professional deadlines.
