Hamriyah Fabricators (HF) is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to support the successful delivery of civil building construction projects across the United Arab Emirates. This position is ideal for professionals with proven expertise in project planning, site execution, construction coordination, and scheduling using Primavera P6. As a Civil Engineer, you will play a critical role in planning, supervising, and monitoring construction activities while ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and health and safety requirements. You will work closely with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to maintain project schedules, resolve technical issues, and support efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and supervise construction activities in accordance with project schedules and quality standards.
• Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Review engineering drawings and resolve technical issues to support site execution.
• Track manpower, materials, equipment, and project resources to achieve project milestones.
• Assist in project planning, risk assessment, and cost control activities.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates to management.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in civil building construction projects.
• Proven experience in project planning and scheduling.

Certifications

• Primavera P6 proficiency is mandatory.
• Primavera P6 certification is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6.
• Excellent understanding of construction methodologies.
• Knowledge of site execution and project coordination.
• Ability to review engineering drawings and resolve technical issues.
• Project planning, scheduling, and resource management expertise.

Soft Skills
