Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Execution Engineers – Electrical to support the installation and site execution of 380kV substation projects in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation and site execution activities for 380kV substation projects.
• Manage day-to-day electrical execution activities at project sites.
• Coordinate installation works for GIS, transformers, switchgear, protection and control systems, and cable systems.
• Read and interpret IFC drawings, electrical engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Monitor project progress against established schedules and execution milestones.
• Ensure electrical installation activities comply with approved engineering requirements and project specifications.
• Monitor quality requirements and support inspection and testing activities.
• Ensure site activities are performed in accordance with applicable HSE procedures.
• Identify and resolve site execution issues in coordination with relevant technical teams.
• Support effective coordination between electrical, civil, protection and control, and other project disciplines.
• Maintain appropriate site documentation and provide progress updates to project management.
• Support timely completion and successful handover of electrical installation works.

Requirements & Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 7–10 years of total relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an Execution/Site Engineer role.
• Strong experience in Substation Electrical Execution is mandatory.
• Experience with 380kV substations is highly preferred.
• 3–4 years of SEC or Middle East project experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical substation installation and site execution.
• Hands-on experience with:

  • Protection and control systems
  • Electrical cable works
• Ability to read and interpret IFC drawings and electrical engineering documents.
• Strong site management and coordination capabilities.
