Job Overview

Elegancia Landscape is seeking an experienced Estimation & Tendering Manager to join its team in Qatar. The position is suited to a senior engineering and commercial professional with extensive experience in estimation, tendering, and landscape projects ranging from medium to large scale.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading estimation and tendering activities, evaluating project requirements, developing competitive commercial proposals, and supporting successful project awards. Strong GCC/MENA project experience, proven tendering success, and proficiency in Candy CCS and SAP are important requirements for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead estimation and tendering activities for landscape projects.
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Prepare accurate and competitive project cost estimates.
• Develop commercial proposals and tender submissions.
• Analyze project quantities, materials, labor, equipment, and associated costs.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, commercial, and project teams during the tendering process.
• Evaluate project risks, commercial requirements, and tender conditions.
• Support the preparation of pricing strategies and tender documentation.
• Monitor tender opportunities and contribute to bid/no-bid assessments.
• Utilize Candy CCS and SAP for estimation, costing, and project-related activities.
• Review and improve estimation methodologies and commercial processes.
• Maintain accurate tender records, cost data, and commercial documentation.
• Support negotiations and clarification processes with clients and consultants.
• Contribute to achieving successful project awards and business development objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of professional experience in estimation and tendering.
• Engineering background.
• Strong experience in medium- to large-scale landscape projects.
• Proven GCC/MENA project experience.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully awarded projects.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Candy CCS.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Strong understanding of construction estimation, costing, and tendering processes.
• Excellent analytical and commercial skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Qatar-based candidates are highly preferred.
