Key Responsibilities

Procurement Engineer – Civil

• Manage procurement activities for civil, road, and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with suppliers and project teams.
• Ensure timely procurement of construction materials and equipment.
• Monitor procurement schedules and project requirements.

HSE Engineer

• Implement and monitor HSE policies for 400 KV substation projects.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and project requirements.
• Promote workplace health and safety initiatives.

Chief Surveyor

• Lead surveying activities for road, infrastructure, and substation projects.
• Supervise survey teams and ensure accuracy of survey data.
• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams.
• Prepare survey reports and technical documentation.

PMV Logistic Coordinator

• Coordinate plant, machinery, and vehicle logistics.
• Monitor equipment allocation and utilization.
• Support project logistics and transportation planning.
• Maintain accurate logistics records.

HSE Officer

• Monitor daily HSE compliance on construction sites.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety inspections.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Promote a safe working environment across project sites.

Requirements & Qualifications

General Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma based on the position.
• Relevant professional experience in the respective discipline.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working on road, infrastructure, utility, or construction projects is preferred.

Position-Specific Requirement

• HSE Officer: Minimum 5 years of UAE experience working on road and infrastructure projects is mandatory.

Preferred Certifications

• Relevant engineering or technical certifications.
• HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are advantageous for HSE-related positions.
• Surveying and construction-related certifications are considered an advantage where applicable.
