Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer to join a Facility Management team and support the management, maintenance, and enhancement of electrical systems and infrastructure. The role involves supporting engineering activities across facility operations, testing and commissioning, startup, handover, and asset integrity.

The successful candidate will coordinate with contractors, consultants, project teams, and facility management stakeholders to ensure electrical systems meet required engineering, safety, and operational standards. The position also involves reviewing technical documentation, monitoring snag and punch lists, and supporting facility acceptance and operational readiness.

Experience with Saudi and international engineering standards, together with relevant technical training and certification, can support progression into senior electrical engineering, commissioning, facility engineering, or asset management roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management, maintenance, and enhancement of electrical systems and infrastructure.
• Perform inspection, testing, commissioning, startup, and handover activities.
• Review and validate testing and commissioning reports, O&M manuals, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, project teams, and facility management stakeholders.
• Monitor snag and punch lists and ensure timely closure before facility acceptance.
• Support operational readiness and asset integrity initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi and international engineering standards.
• Support technical coordination and documentation throughout facility management activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in facility management, commissioning, testing, and handover activities.
• Knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC), Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), NFPA, IEC, and IEEE standards.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, petrochemical, industrial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively with contractors, consultants, project teams, and facility management stakeholders.
