Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary according to the position and may include:

• Manage planning, scheduling, project controls, and construction project timelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Relevant academic qualifications in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Contracts, Logistics, Quality Management, or another relevant discipline, depending on the position.
• Proven professional experience in the UAE construction industry.
• Strong experience working on large-scale construction and development projects.
• Relevant experience for the specific position being applied for.
• Experience with luxury residential projects and major developers is highly preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction processes and project requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholders.
• Relevant professional certifications or industry credentials will be an advantage, particularly for specialized engineering, quality, contracts, and project management positions.
