AHQ Building Contracting Co. LLC is seeking a qualified and motivated Civil Site Engineer to join its growing building construction team in the UAE. This opportunity is designed for a civil engineering professional with a minimum of two years of UAE experience in villa construction and a strong understanding of construction activities from structural works through finishing.

The successful candidate will supervise site activities, subcontractors, and manpower while ensuring construction work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quantities, methods, and applicable UAE construction standards. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities on villa projects.
• Monitor structural works, finishing works, and other site construction activities.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site manpower.
• Ensure construction activities follow approved drawings, specifications, quantities, and construction methods.
• Review construction drawings and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress and report site activities to management.
• Ensure construction work complies with applicable UAE standards and project requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Monitor the quality of civil and finishing works.

• Maintain accurate site reports and construction documentation.
• Promote safe and efficient site operations.
• Assist with timely completion of villa construction activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in villa construction.
• Strong knowledge of villa construction from structural works through finishing.
• Proven ability to supervise site activities, subcontractors, and manpower.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, quantities, and construction methods.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards and site requirements.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong site coordination and organizational skills.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
